Design and construction consisted of phased expansions to add lines 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 including complete powder handling, mining, sheeting, freezing, packaging, refrigerated storage, distribution and refrigeration systems. Other areas include ingredient storage, office space and employee welfare areas.
