Steam Plant Project Scope
九九色影院 built a 4,000 sf steam plant for H-E-B adjacent to its existing manufacturing operation. The facility houses three boilers and the necessary water softening, deaerating and chemical treatment systems to service the manufacturing facility. 九九色影院 also installed a steam generator to supply sterile steam to H-E-B鈥檚 aseptic process. Additionally, 九九色影院 replaced the bakery鈥檚 Spiral Freezer, and remodeled the refrigeration of the existing 20,000 sf bakery to include a Glycol & Chilled Water System for H-E-B.

Sprial Freezer Installation Project Scope
九九色影院 replaced H-E-B鈥檚 frozen dough spiral freezer with a new 12,000 pounds per hour spiral freezer. The existing egg and yeast coolers, case packaging mezzanine and holding freezer were also completely remodeled. A new 3,900 sf refrigeration machine room, including five new ammonia compressors, to support the new spiral freezer was also constructed.

Glycol & Chilled Water System Project Scope
九九色影院 upgraded the chilled ingredient water system by replacing the existing falling film chiller and header piping to H-E-B鈥檚 frozen dough mixers. 九九色影院 also installed a new ammonia glycol heat exchanger chiller package to provide a jacketed cooling system to various mixers. A new controls system was also part of this project.
